比賽
4. 6隊打單循環,
如果時間不夠,每組最尾對決隊伍,
分數不計入總成績.
5. 由大會安排分隊人數及組別.
6. A,B 組由我們大會訂立,
參加者只需報名, 是否會報打單打項目就可以.
7. 晚宴於球場附近,
時間7:30-10:00pm,
費用大約$150-200..

頒發2007年最高出席率獎項及蘇迪曼牙骹賽獎項
9. 獎項分為比賽成績獎, 及特別大獎,

鑑於本周日(11月25日)
的訂場數目不多，下午5時至8時的訂場數目為3/5/4，故球會決定取得臨時人數控制措施，希望當天打球人數控制為25人。
方法如下：
負責訂場的會員優先，包括：細榮、Kam、Gary及Toby 。
11月交月費有第二優先權，包括：Gary & Angus。
餘的下20名額，由各會員以電郵報名方法，先到先到，額滿為止。其後的報名者暫列後補名單，如有會員退出，按報名先後次序，順序補上。
報名日期時間：本周四(11月22日)上午10 時開始。時間以yahoo.hk的網頁為準。
報名方法：以電郵報名，會員可代其他會員報名，唯每一封電郵只能為一名會員報名。
25人的名單將於本周五 (11月23日)
下午5時，以電郵公佈。入選會員，如未能出席，請以電話或電郵通知本會，以安排後補。無故缺席而又沒有通知的入選會員，可能會喪失下一次報名機會。
有優先權的會員如未克出席，煩請通知我們。

活動詳情：
(1) 廣港羽毛球友誼賽及同樂日
1.1 比賽：廣州及香港各派出雙打隊伍作賽。兩地各自按水平及狀態，把隊伍分為高級及初級組，分組作賽。每組各列季軍兩隊、亞軍及冠軍各一隊。各得獎者均獲獎牌，以示鼓勵。
1.2初步構想，分兩階段作賽：首階段，高級及初級組參賽隊伍，分為兩至三個小組，每組有3至4隊作單循環比賽。每組的首名及
(或)
次名，進行第二階段淘汰賽。具體的比賽形式及程序，按報名隊數及場地數目而定。
1.3 高級及初級祖的參賽隊伍，最多為12隊。廣州或香港的參賽隊伍數目可能有別，會視乎兩地的報名情況。
1.4 各會員可自行組織雙打隊伍，報名時列名希望參加的組別。唯大會的評審小組有最終的分組決定權，各參者不得抗議。評審小組的成員為：Ken
Li，Stephen及
Lawrence。沒有搭檔的會員，歡迎參加，大會會嘗試安排。
1.5 不參賽的會員，歡迎到場打氣，或打球作樂。打球要視乎場地數目。
(2) 晚飯
為鼓勵會員出席，尚羽會在比賽後延開四席，免費款待廣州及香港的參加者。晚宴上，舉行頒獎儀式，並有助興活動，增加廣、港兩地參加者的友誼。
(3) 住宿
廣州上下九路「假日酒店」。雙人房價格：390港元，一人約為195元。房租包含早餐。

(4) 交通及集合地點
乘坐深廣火車，來往深、廣兩地。
集合地點，初步定在深圳火車站。具體地點再另行通知。

費用：
個別參加者可以自行決定選用大會提供的住宿交通服務，按個別服務收費。大致的收費如下：
羽毛球比賽： HK$100.00
香港至羅湖火車 (火車)： HK$80.00
火車票(來回)： HK$150.00
酒店(雙人房的一人價錢)： HK$195.00
(不包括在廣州的午餐及自由活動的費用。)

「ABC新球衣製作」第一浪：logo投票 "New ABC T-Shirt" first phase – Logo selection
本年度，我們為大家呈獻的新球衣，已進入最後階段。 我們設計了四款新球會logo，連同原本的logo，供各會員投票，最高票的logo會印製在新球衣上。
投票規則：所有曾參與星期日球會的會員也歡迎投票。每一只限投一票。
投票方法：以電郵回覆，並寫上你喜歡的logo的編號。
截止投票：16-9-2007 (日) 晚上11時止
經過精心挑選後，9月底前，各會員可以在打球時看到新球衣的樣板，然後訂購。會員購買球衣，會有很可觀的折扣。具體的折扣會在訂購時公佈。
New ABC T-shirts will be launched very soon. There are totally 5 logos, 4 newly designed logos and 1 original one. We are asking you have to vote for ONE logo. The most popular logo will be printed on our new T- shirt.

「廣州團」快訊 Update News for "Guangzhou trip"
暫定日期：11月10日(六) 至11日(日)
活動：
(1) 和廣州球友比賽。建議形式：以抽籤形式，組合香港及廣州雙打拍檔比賽。
(2) 晚飯聚會。球會付鈔，香港及廣洲球友大魚大肉盡歡。
(3) 自由活動大推薦：廣州夜生活、按摩推拿。
報名及詳情，將於9月中後宣佈。

因最近打球的人數有上升的趨勢，本會決定暫時停收任合新會員，直至另行通知為止。已經在本會打球的會員及海外嘉賓，不受影響。

- 2007年度全年活動計劃
- 訂場安排
3.1.由會員輪流當值訂場。執行日期：2007年6月初 開始，預訂7月份的場。具體執行日期，另行通知。3.2.具體執行方法：(A) 公開向會員招募，把願意訂場的會員，按他們挑選的當值日期，分若干小組；(B) 每小組負責訂場一個月(四至五次)；(C) 若訂場的月份，我們已成功以團體名義預留場地 (通常為3/3/3，共九個場)，該月當值的會員為兩人，目標是每星期訂2/2/2 (共六個場)，或3/3/3場(共九個場)。全日的訂場數目為5/5/5至6/6/6。(D) 若訂場的月份，我們沒有預留場地，該月當值的會員為三人，目標是每星期訂5/5/5 (共十五個場)，或6/6/6場(共十八個場)。3.3.獎勵：負責訂場的會員，在訂場的月份參與打球，月費將獲減半優惠，在四個周日的月份即為100元，五個周日的月份為120元。3.4.第一期訂場招幕目標，2007年6月至11月當值，約18人。3.5.當值編排：我們鼓勵有興趣的會員，自行組織二至三人，挑選合適的月份當值。個別沒有訂場經驗的會員，我們會編排一些有經驗的會員，組成一組。3.6.訂場前講解及安排：如會員覺得有需要，我們可安排聯絡Alvin，講解各種訂場方法的秘技。3.7.訂場方法：我們會提供，訂場所需的康體通密碼。所有參加訂場的會員，事前要同意不會擅用這些密碼。3.8.工作安排：(A) 每月預留場地：Alvin。(B) 編排會員當值：Chi Wa。(C) 場紙收集及簽場：Godfrey及Chi Wa。

由於比賽籌備初期沒預算大家的反應如此熱烈, 籌備人手有限,亦籌備得比較倉促,加上之前電郵失靈,種種原因,導致籌委與各隊長之間溝通不足,以至無論賽程及賽果都發生不少誤會,若因此而導致不快,謹此致歉. 以下出作一些解釋 -- ---
賽果計算方法
大會一直以各隊贏的總場數作計算,因而得到的賽果順序是Paul隊,Calvin隊,Ken隊,Terry隊及Leo隊. 由於溝通不足,各隊長的計算方法,則是以隊與隊之勝負計算,因而得出另一賽果,順序是Paul隊,Calvin隊Terry隊, Ken隊及Leo隊,兩者之間,冠亞軍不變,唯第三及第四名則對調了位置.
幸好,在大家的支持下,比賽能順利完成,大家亦樂在其中,氣氛愉快.無論如何,今次對大會是一次寶貴的經驗,明年新一屆定能辦得更好,明年再見!
